Ring of Fire

Ring of Fire is a Napa Valley catering service featuring wood-fired BBQ, unique pizza’s, and more. All cooked and served from a one-of-a-kind fleet of vehicles. A 10-wheel military transport truck has been fitted with a modified shipping container that houses a custom-built wood-burning oven, and their Sidewinder PieCycle is a Triumph motorcycle with a sidecar that pulls a smaller oven mounted on a trailer. Best of all, is the sweet and spicy food. BBQ Ribs, to Brisket, to a whole-hog roast, the meat is slow smoked and fall-off-the-bone delicious. And the Pizza’s, fire-toasted inches from a hardwood flame deliver thin-crusted, flavor balanced, melted cheesy goodness.
